Install Caseglen on your phone, tablet or computer

You can install Caseglen as an app. It gets its own icon on your home screen (or desktop) and opens full screen, without the browser's address bar. There's nothing to download from an app store, and it's always the newest version.

Everything works the same as in the browser, and you stay signed in.

#Android phone or tablet: Chrome

1. Open Caseglen in Chrome and sign in.
2. Tap the Install icon in the address bar, if you see one. Or tap the menu ⋮ at the top right, then Install app (on some phones it says Add to Home screen).
3. Tap Install.

The Caseglen icon is now on your home screen and in your app list.

#Samsung Galaxy: Samsung Internet

1. Open Caseglen in Samsung Internet and sign in.
2. Tap the install icon (a down arrow, or a +) in the address bar.
3. Tap Install or Add.

No icon in the address bar? Tap the menu ☰ at the bottom right, then Add page to, then Home screen.

#iPhone or iPad: Safari

1. Open Caseglen in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add at the top right.

#Windows or Mac: Chrome or Edge

1. Open Caseglen in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and sign in.
2. Click the Install icon at the right end of the address bar (a small screen with a down arrow).
3. Click Install.

Caseglen opens in its own window. You can pin it to the taskbar (Windows) or keep it in the Dock (Mac).

#The Install app button in the sidebar

When your browser can install Caseglen, you'll also see Install app in the sidebar, under Help. Click it, then Install. Once Caseglen is installed, the button is gone.

#Good to know

• You need the internet to use Caseglen. With no connection, you'll see You're offline. The page loads again by itself when you're back online.
• Nothing about your clients is saved on the phone or computer. Every page comes fresh from Caseglen.
• To remove the app, remove it like any other app. Your account and your data stay as they are.
