Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start your 30-day trial with just your email. We will ask about payment only if you decide to stay.
What counts as a staff account?
Anyone who signs in: directors, secretaries and other office staff. Every plan can have as many directors as you like within its staff accounts. Switched-off accounts don't count. During the free trial you can have up to 10. Clients, therapists, peers and case managers are records, not accounts, and they are unlimited.
Are any features locked to bigger plans?
No. Every plan has every feature. Plans differ only by how many staff accounts you need.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. If your team grows, just email us and we will switch you to a bigger plan.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. That is 2 months free.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app shows how many trial days are left in the sidebar. To keep going, email us to pick a plan and everything stays exactly as it is. If the trial ends without a plan, the account is locked until a plan is chosen, and you can ask us to export or delete your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel and you will not be charged again. You can ask for an export of your data first.
