Terms of Service

The rules for using Caseglen, written to be read.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Yahiv Inc. (“we”, “us”), which operates Caseglen, and the agency or organization that signs up (“you”, the “Agency”). The person who signs up confirms they may accept these terms for the Agency. By using Caseglen you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Caseglen is an online tool that helps agencies manage client records, staff and clinician profiles, tasks and notifications. We may improve and change features over time. We will not remove core features you rely on without reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for who you invite and what roles they have.
  • Keep passwords private. Tell us right away if you think an account was misused.
  • You are responsible for activity under your Agency’s accounts.

3. Free trial

New agencies get a 30-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan to keep using Caseglen. If you don’t, your account may be paused.

4. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on our Pricing page when you subscribe.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
  • Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your data stays yours

Everything your Agency puts into Caseglen belongs to your Agency. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. We never sell it. You can ask for an export of your data while you have an account and for a reasonable time after you cancel.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You have the right to enter the information you put into Caseglen, and you will use it lawfully.
  • You are responsible for meeting the laws, regulations and contracts that apply to your Agency, including any rules about health or client information. Caseglen is a tool to support your work; it does not replace your own compliance policies.
  • Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep Caseglen available and reliable, and we offer support by email at support@caseglen.com. We may have short planned maintenance. We do not promise the Service will be free of interruptions or errors.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Caseglen and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, after notice when reasonable. After an account ends, we delete its data within a reasonable time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Caseglen does not give clinical, legal or billing advice.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Caseglen after that means you accept the new terms.
